A man is on the move.
He’s a former high school football player who is now in the middle of a $1 million renovation.
And he has to figure out what to do with the rest of the money he made on the new home.
The former football star is now part owner of the construction company Kukje, which has been working on a project in Adelaide’s west.
It has been designed to replace a former KFC restaurant with a high-end shopping centre.
Kukja has built a huge shopping mall in the city, with some of the tallest buildings in the world.
In Adelaide, it is known as the city’s shopping centre of the future.
“We have the most expensive mall in Australia and we want to have something that’s unique and special for the city of Adelaide,” said Kukjje president and CEO, Andrew Kuk.
He says the new building will be the largest shopping centre in South Australia.
But he’s also working on the construction of the Kukju Centre, which will be used for social and cultural activities and a new sports arena.
“It’s a very exciting building for us and we’re very proud of what we’ve achieved so far,” he said.
Kukje is not alone in building the KUKJU Centre.
Other large companies are working on similar projects in Adelaide.
In the last few months, there has been construction work on the $400 million South Australian Sports and Entertainment Centre.
The building will include the first stage of a new football stadium and a football training complex.
“The Kukji Centre will be a great arena for football,” Kuk said.
“I’m not just going to put a bunch of football players on a big stage but it’s going to be a special venue for football.
It’s going on the edge of Adelaide and it’s also going to have some really good restaurants.”
A large part of the cost of building the new stadium is paid for by the taxpayer.
And that’s a big challenge for the KAKJU owners.
The KAKjU building was originally designed for $100 million but that was eventually reduced to $30 million.KUKJE is looking to bring its project to fruition in 2019.
KAK jusicare has already built a stadium in Brisbane, but it won’t be completed until 2020.
“So I think we’re pretty confident that we’ll be able to get it built in 2019, 2021, 2022, and so on,” KUKjje executive vice president, Peter Kuk, said.
In order to complete the Kukuj Centre, the company will have to raise about $400.000 through a bond issue.
